GROUPON & LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
We offer TRUE Traditional Reflexology. What this means is that we will work the FEET ONLY, unless we find a problem that would warrant working the lower legs. Some spas are offering Reflexology but giving a whole body massage and throwing in a bit of foot work or massage. This is not true Reflexology. We will not include a back, neck, or shoulder massage. Requesting hand or ear Reflexology requires booking an additional session for the current pricing. Groupon/Living Social vouchers can not be used for hand or ear Reflexology. What we do offer is hot sanitized towels for the feet, organic herb infused olive oils, and additional aromatherapy as needed.
You must present a valid voucher number when booking.
FINE PRINT: Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price). Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. Limit 1 per visit. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person. One session voucher: entitles the person to ONE 60 Minute Reflexology Session - NO EXCEPTIONS, CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS.
Two session voucher: entitles the person to TWO 60 Minute Reflexology Sessions - NO EXCEPTIONS, CHANGES, MODIFICATION.
A PERSON MAY BUY ONLY ONE VOUCHER (EITHER A ONE OR TWO SESSION) FOR THEMSELVES, ADDITIONAL PURCHASES ARE A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE, AND MAY NOT BE USED BY THE PURCHASER FOR ADDITIONAL SESSIONS. MAXIMUM SESSIONS PER PERSON IS TWO.
Anyone attempting to use a second voucher for themselves will not receive any service and will be reported to Groupon/Living Social.
You have 120 days to use your voucher. We are generally booked 4-6 weeks in advance. If you wait until your voucher is ready to expire and cannot get booked before the expiration date, the amount you paid for the voucher will be applied to the current pricing, and you will be required to pay the difference at the time of service. If you attempt to use your coupon well before the expiration date and cannot get booked until after the expiration date, we will honor the full amount of the voucher and there will be no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy is enforced.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. FOR THOSE HOLDING GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHERS, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A $25 FEE PRIOR TO REBOOKING, AND YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE MARKED "REDEEMED."
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. FOR THOSE HOLDING GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHERS, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A $25 FEE PRIOR TO REBOOKING AND YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE MARKED "REDEEMED."
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. FOR THOSE HOLDING GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHERS, YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE MARKED "REDEEMED" REGARDLESS OF THE LENGTH OF THE SESSION. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
